DOA/RMA Request

General Conditions:

    • To accept a DOA is necessary to send freight collect by the associated agency, currently TNT service. Otherwise shipping will be refunded. Once completed and completed the form, you will recieve by mail your authorization number, attach this authorization and a photocopy of the invoice to the shippment.
    • Attach all original data, packaging, manuals, cables, media, etc...
    • The material will properly packed.
    • If material, once revised, did not have any incidence, a charge of 54€ will be generated in concepts of diagnosis and test costs.

Type of Incidence:

    • DOA. Product in warranty within the first 30 days from date of invoice. Immediate change with all costs assumed by GoParallel.
    • RMA/Returns. Product in the period from 30 days of the delivery date and inside the period of warranty. Without service extensions concerted (warranty extensions pack) the customer assumes the cost of transportation to the technical support center and GoParallel the transport costs to return the product (except for purchases with extension services concerted warranty). (Choose this option also in case of return as result of a mistake in the order).
    • Budget/rating. Product outside the warranty period and request of a repair budget. Without service extensions concerted (warranty extensions pack) the customer assumes the cost of transportation to GoParallel who will evaluate and will do get to the customer a repair estimate of the product.
